Miriam Kerns, MS Senior Staff Assistant

Miriam Kerns, MS, joined the Developing Brain Institute (DBI) in January 2025 as a Senior Staff Assistant. In this role, Miriam supports the department’s operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating workflows and ensuring efficient daily processes. She holds a master’s degree in finance from Cartagena University, Colombia, which equips her with strong organizational and analytical skills.

With more than six years of experience in project coordination, Miriam has successfully led initiatives requiring resource management and collaboration across diverse teams. Her expertise lies in streamlining operations and supporting teams to meet project goals efficiently.
