Lamia Soghier, M.D., MEd, MBA, FAAP, CHSE, is a board-certified neonatologist and the Associate Division Chief for neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) operations, the Medical Unit Director of the NICU, and the NICU Quality and Safety Officer at Children’s National Hospital. Dr. Soghier oversees the quality and safety initiatives in Children’s Level IV NICU, leads its Quality and Safety team and has collaborated in many multi-center quality improvement projects.
