Erin Michelle Sadler, Psy.D., PMH-C, is a licensed clinical psychologist in Children’s Division of Psychology & Behavioral Health and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Pediatrics at the George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences. adolescents. She is a certified provider of Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) and Child-Parent Psychotherapy. Dr. Sadler provides outpatient therapy to youth from birth through adolescence. She aims to help youth reduce depression and symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, build emotion regulation and coping strategies, and develop effective problem-solving skills for increased resilience into adulthood. Dr. Sadler tailors her therapeutic approach to help families achieve the most meaningful treatment outcomes.

As a certified Perinatal Mental Health specialist, Dr. Sadler also developed the NICU Postpartum Support Program to help parents in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) who are experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Dr. Sadler has special interests in addressing Adverse Childhood Experiences, while promoting resilience and positive childhood experiences. She is dedicated to providing equitable care and engaging our communities to address health disparities.
