Chinormso Diribe, M.D. T32 Research Postdoctoral Fellow
Chinormso Diribe, M.D., joined the Developing Brain Institute (DBI) in September 2024 as a T32 Research Postdoctoral Fellow. Prior to joining DBI, Dr. Diribe obtained her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed a four-year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. Dr. Diribe first became interested in DBI through her work as an OB-GYN resident, coordinating the recruitment of pregnant patients seen at Howard for the Mommy&Me study. With a strong interest in reproductive health care, Dr. Diribe’s studies within DBI explore the important intersection between reproductive medicine
and prenatal health. Her work encompasses the use of brain imaging techniques to identify structural differences in the fetal brain associated with pregnancies conceived through assisted reproductive technology. Dr. Diribe also serves as an OB-GYN clinical instructor in the Washington, D.C., area.
