ANUSHREE KAPSE, BS, PGD, MBA Operations Manager
Anushree Kapse, BS, PgD, MBA, has been a part of the Developing Brain Institute (DBI) since May 2016 and, in May 2025, Anushree was promoted to Operations Manager. She graduated with an MBA from University of Illinois-Champaign in addition to a bachelor’s degree in Business Management Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication, both from University of Mumbai-India.
Anushree manages neurodevelopmental testing for participants ranging from 18 months to school age across all the research projects that include
children born with congenital heart disease, prematurity, placental abnormalities, fetal growth restriction and those impacted by COVID-19. The objective of the neurodevelopmental program is to determine long-term biomarkers in developmental difference caused by various risks during pregnancy and premature birth. Additionally, Anushree also assists with diverse operations of DBI.
