Esther Adegbulugbe, BS, MS Clinical Research Program Manager
Esther Adegbulugbe, BS, MS, joined the Developing Brain Institute (DBI) as Clinical Research Program Manager in May 2024. Esther oversees our team of clinical research coordinators and manages patient recruitment, study coordination and regulatory compliance for all of our research studies. She works closely with investigators, clinical teams and research staff to ensure studies are conducted efficiently and in compliance with all protocols. Esther has worked in clinical research for 10 years across a range of therapeutic areas, including maternal-fetal health, neuroscience and other medical

specialties. She started as a research assistant before transitioning into study coordination and project management, gaining experience in both industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies. Esther holds a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience with a focus on brain development from Brown University and a master’s degree in Physiology from Georgetown University. With a background spanning multiple research fields, she enjoys problem-solving, supporting her team and ensuring the smooth execution of clinical studies.
